I changed out my office floor from carpet to hardwood. Holly came out to show me the products and measure my room. Holly is a great sales person. very helpful and knowledgeable. The crew installing my floor worked quickly and completed the job in about four hours. It would have been nice if they spoke English better. The lead did his best and we made do. I was disappointed they left the floor and trim so dirty. Trim has black marks and finger prints. Some of the floor had glue material used to secure the floor to the concrete. I would give 5 stars if things were left clean.
