Good Morning, Disappointed customer due to lack of respect and lack of decency to offer an apology for wasting two hours of someone’s time. I waited from 3pm to 5:30 pm last Saturday 3/26/2022 as scheduled for the representative not to show. I called at 3:30 to reconfirm my appointment and the receptionist informed me my appointment is in fact confirmed. Not a call, email or text from the representative to inform me he/ she would not be able to meet for the consultation. I will say thank you for wasting my time and thank you for the disrespect.
