As of today, 3/24/22, my LVT flooring project that was installed in 2020 ,with multiple issues, is STILL NOT COMPLETED! The flooring team came to my house and were very professional and friendly but they didn’t speak much English so there was some communication difficulty. I was told to sign off on the flooring immediately after they finished the project with no time to let the floors settle into place. Within 2 weeks, the flooring started to separate and lift in my kitchen and hallway (high traffic areas). Come to find out, they didn’t use the leveling material they said they were going to use to cover the old tile before laying the flooring. Had they done what they said, we probably wouldn’t have this issue. The company has been notified several times and disputes with payment have been an ongoing process. A manager came out to my house and agreed to the complaints we have. The company reordered the flooring and came back to my house three months later to fix the problem. However, the flooring they had ordered was the wrong size so we went back to square one. The installers left my house and never got a call with any solution or time frame that this would be fixed. About 4 months after, I got a call from an installer stating they were there at my house to finish the job. This time, they came inside and looked around at the floor and spoke to each other for awhile then told me they didn’t have enough flooring to fix it. I am still waiting for a response from this. I have to say, this is the WORST company I have ever worked with before. I have not left a review until today in hopes of a positive change from them but I still have yet to hear back from them and we are now at almost 2 years later. I highly recommend you find a different company to help you with your flooring needs. I am so disappointed in their lack of customer service and response time to their inadequacy and wouldn’t be surprised if they go out of business sooner rather than later.
