Great experience with 50 floors, the rep who came to our home was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing a sample (we were trying to match our other hardwoods as best as possible) and we received the product within the time frame of two weeks like we were told. The installers were very patient- I hadn’t been told during the reps visit that the installers would have to add quarter round to our existing baseboards since there is some minimal damage during the removal. When they brought the quarter round in it was stark white and it didn’t match the baseboard color we have. The installers could tell I wasn’t very happy and they went out of their way to touch up our baseboards prior to reinstallation and put caulking down instead of the quarter round. They do push for you to purchase the day of the in home quote which is frustrating a little because it’s a large purchase to be put on the spot for so just be aware of that and maybe get a few other quotes first. Overall though they made the experience easy, the hardwood floors look amazing and I would consider use them again.
