I am ready to replace my flooring in my entire home. I scheduled an appt with 50Floor; after an advertisement from Chanel 11. Upon calling to schedule; I talked to a person who obviously did not know how to work her computer, spell, listen, even after repeating myself five times. My appt was scheduled for the next day at 9:00. After no one showed up I called to find out what happened. She said she would give me the techs name and phone and put me on hold. After five minutes on hold she hung up on me. Then I called again. The next person said she could not find my appt details at all. She found out that my name was spelled wrong my address was wrong and the date scheduled as wrong. No one was coming. Due to non-professionalism I cancelled the appt all together. I feel if they could not simply get an appt right they probably couldn’t get installation right.
