Very professional and efficient installers and salesman! I have Jim and Andy came over in-home measurement, went over all the details and many options to choose based on my needs. Very detailed and thorough. No surprise fees or bills. I paid half as down payment when we signed the contract. Later the schedule department followed up, and worked around my schedule. I had to reschedule for the first date we had due to snow and we are not in Charlotte, the schedule department took care of it and we rescheduled to the next available date without any problem. We had Hugo and his teammate come in for installation. They did great job! Professional!!!! And very efficient!!!!!
The whole process is very transparent and assuring. We got emails and txts and following up phone calls for every step of the process. I would definitely recommend 50 floor to all my friends in need!
