Shittiest customer service ever. They have to install my carpet and didn’t even put it in the hallway closet (which has to be opened in order to put the carpet under the track). About five guys where there and installed in within an hour and none of them realized they had to put it in the closest when it was actually on the estimate that the salesman had marked for them to do. They left staples on my carpet and dust every where that I had to clean up myself. Not to mention the manager and installer only are coming back at THEIR convenience to replace it ! Do NOT purchase anything from these people it’s all a scam. No discount was given for this unacceptable work.
