At first, 50 floor had a slight misstep at the beginning but they quickly owned it up and resolved it WAY BEYOND my initial expectations. Scott took charge and kept a constant communication throughout the process. Although it took longer than expected, we are very thrilled of the outcome and the workers they sent out. Would give 10/5 if I could.
