Excellent experience!!! From sales to installation. Inquired about a free in home estimate on a Thursday and the rep was in my home on Saturday. Our sales rep Derian was sooo wonderful!!! Fun and personable and explained everything fully down to the last detail. He even made best friends with our dog! Received the call to schedule install within a few days – yet another pleasant, personable representative doing the scheduling. Installers showed up exactly when they were scheduled and were done within 4 hours! The entire process took no more than 10 days from initial call to completion. And my floors are perfect! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
