It started with JT, our sales consultant who was extremely knowledgable and helped us narrow down our choices and guide us along. He was very responsive as this was a very large purchase for us, so we had lots of questions. We installed a high quality laminate floor and carpet throughout our entire house. The installation of the laminate was truly high quality and the crews clearly cared about their work and it showed. The carpet install was perfect as well. We can not be happier with the entire process beginning to end.
