I contracted with 50Floor last last May. My sales person was Patrick.
Patrick came to my home and gave me not less than 8 -10 carpet samples to choose from. He told me to look through all the samples and choose 6 that I think I would like after walking on them with shoes and without.
Then out of the 6 ones I chose, he said to choose 3 that I wanted. At that point he put them all in price category 3 separate piles and asked what price range I was comfortable with.
I thought that was such a great way for me to decide if I wanted to stay in my price range or upgrade to a better product. He was amazing. 👍
About a week and a half. My carpet came in and was ready to be installed.
The install did not go well. The installation co. Sent the man back to fix some issues.
Again I was not satisfied with the workmanship of the install and contacted Phillip, who was my 50Floor representative, and I believe the Manager. Phillip assured me that he will be working with me, until I am satisfied with my purchase. A few times after the new installation man tried to repair the situation, and I was still not satisfied. Phillip offered, to pull out the original new carpet and replace it with another a brand new carpet. I waited this long before I would write a review, because I wanted to see if 50Floor would stand behind there 100% satisfaction guarantee. And they did. As of now. I am still 100% satisfied with 50Floor product. And if I do not update my post. Then the installation was also 100% satisfactory. I will definitely recommend 50Floor!!
