We had new floors installed a few years ago (2018) and noticed 2 areas needed to be repaired. We called and sent pictures as requested. We received a call today telling us that the floors were obsolete and since they did NOT leave us a box for future needs there is nothing they can do for us except offer to install new floors for a discounted price. SO if you have them install flooring you might want to ask for a box or 2 for future repairs. Very disappointed in the warranty or lack there of.
