50Floor guarantees to match any legitimate written estimate from a competitor for comparable flooring products to be installed in your owner-occupied home. To qualify, the written estimate must be verifiable by 50Floor, dated no more than 30 days before the customer signs the contract with 50Floor, and presented at least 96 hours prior to the installation date. Please note that this price guarantee is applicable only on the first call.
The competitor’s written estimate must be for in-stock flooring, of the same or equivalent product quality as 50Floor’s flooring (considering factors such as weight, texture, yarn content for carpet, and identical padding or merchandise for area rugs, hardwood, luxury vinyl, or laminate floors). Additionally, the estimate must encompass all installation, delivery, and associated charges, and must result from an in-home visit that includes physical measurements and inspection of all subfloors.
The written estimate must itemize all areas of the home to be covered, including room dimensions, as well as any charges for floor or subfloor preparation and/or upgrades. This guarantee does not extend to discontinued flooring, close-outs, or typographical errors. Furthermore, the estimate must originate from a licensed installer who regularly conducts business in the relevant area. 50Floor reserves the right to reject any estimate it deems not bona fide at its sole discretion.
