They move and put-up plastic to protect the furniture. the next day another team came in to lay the new tile down. I was asked if the right tile was ordered before installation. I discovered there was some issues with one of the planks last week but this was caused by me. They came out and fix that issue without a problem and did not charge me. There was also another plank that had a little lift in the corner which they also replaced. These folks are great and would recommend them highly!
